Today's politicians would be wise to borrow generously from FDR's campaign speeches - he was powerful and captivating. Yes, this speech is timeless and pertinent even today.
I agree. Democrats should totally study up on FDR and adopt his political strategies... with a few exceptions (Japanese internment and exempting Black Americans from the New Deal come to mind).
